You can find us at Trident Impex, located on the 4th floor of the Indraprastha Complex. We’re right on Gopalji Ka Rasta, which is part of the busy Johari Bazar. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded and full of energy. Getting up to the 4th floor can be a bit of a workout, but it gives us a nice view of the rooftops. I’m Gaurav, and I run things here with a small group of people. We focus on the import and export side of things. Most of our time is spent looking at samples, talking to vendors, and managing the logistics of moving items through the bazaar and beyond. The office is pretty small and usually filled with boxes or sample sets. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We use simple ledgers and a couple of laptops to keep track of the orders. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days we are dealing with customs issues, and other days we are just waiting for a delivery truck to arrive. We don’t put on airs here. We just work hard and try to stay on top of our commitments. It’s a local business through and through. We’ve been in this complex for quite a while now and we’re part of the furniture. We just do the work as it comes and try to stay organized.
