Transloop Technologies Private Limited is based in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, specifically at 68/Sp-3 in the R.H.B area. This part of Jaipur is a bit further out from the main center, which means it’s a little less crowded. The buildings here are mostly part of the housing board schemes. Our space is functional and simple. We have a row of desks and some shelves piled with old manuals and hardware parts. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We spend our mornings going over what needs to be done for the day. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a good spot to clear your head. The office doesn't have central air, so we rely on individual units and keeping the windows shut when it's dusty. We don't have any formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up and do what needs to be finished. It’s a practical environment. We don't waste time on long meetings that don't go anywhere. We'd rather just sit down and solve the problem. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We like the neighborhood and the fact that it isn't too noisy during the day. Sometimes we hear the kids playing outside after school, which is a nice background noise. We don't have fancy office plants, just a couple of dusty desks and our computers. It's enough for us to get the job done. We have a small cupboard where we keep our bags and a few spare cables. It’s not the most modern setup you’ll find in Jaipur, but it fits the way we work. We don't have any big titles, everyone just pitches in where they are needed. We just focus on the daily list and try to stay organized enough to find what we need.
