We work out of House No. 6, D-2, Malkas House, which is in the Shrirampura area of Civil Lines. It’s a much quieter part of the city than the main markets, which we really appreciate. The Ronale isn’t a big company with a lot of departments. It’s just a small group of us operating from this house. We like the fact that it feels more like a home than a stiff office. There are trees outside and it’s generally pretty peaceful, aside from the occasional street vendor walking by. We’ve set up our desks in a couple of the main rooms and we share a small kitchen for our breaks. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist at the front door. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just gets up and answers it. We spend our days mostly on the phone or managing the paperwork that comes our way. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady and we like the people we work with. We aren't trying to compete with the big firms in the high-rise buildings. We just do our thing here in Shrirampura and try to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes we get a bit behind on things, but we always catch up eventually. It’s a very simple, honest way to run a business without all the usual corporate fuss. We just focus on our daily tasks and go home when the work is done.
