Technologists Ies Softwares Private Limited is based out of Villa No-28 in Park Ville. It’s near Kamla Neharu Nagar, just off Ajmer Road. Being in a villa makes the work environment feel a bit different than a standard office block. We have a bit more space, and it’s generally quieter here. We do a lot of software work, mostly just sitting behind our screens for the better part of the day. The location is quite nice because it isn't right in the middle of the heavy city traffic. We’ve got a small area where we take breaks. Most of us bring our own lunch from home. Sometimes we walk around the Park Ville area just to stretch our legs after staring at monitors for too long. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door just goes and opens it. It’s a practical setup. We handle our projects step by step. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The villa has some trees around it, which is a nice change from just seeing concrete. We keep the place clean, but it looks like a working office with stuff scattered around. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive throughout the week. It’s a good spot for us. It feels a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded building with tons of other businesses.
