Team Leader

Our office is located at 34/367 in Pratap Nagar, specifically Sector No. 3 in Sanganer. Jaipur is a beautiful city, but out here in Sanganer, it’s more about the daily hustle and the local shops. Team Leader is the name on the door. It’s a pretty standard building for this area. We have a few rooms where the team sits and works through whatever tasks are assigned for the week. The walls are a plain color and we haven't really bothered with much art or anything. We prefer focusing on the work. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the bikes passing by, but inside we just focus on our screens. Sometimes the tea man comes by with snacks in the late afternoon, which is usually the highlight of the day. We’ve been in Pratap Nagar long enough to know the shortcut routes to avoid the main road traffic. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a fancy reception desk. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see someone working at a laptop or talking on the phone. We handle things as they come. It’s a honest way to earn a living. The space is a bit cramped when everyone is in, but it makes for good communication. We’re just a bunch of folks in Sector 3 trying to do a good job every day without any extra drama.
