Tambi Plastic & Gift Collection

Our shop is located right in the middle of Tambi Market here in Shahpura. We call it Tambi Plastic & Gift Collection because that’s exactly what we have on the shelves. It’s a mix of plastic household items like buckets or containers and then some gift items for kids or weddings. The market can get really loud and dusty during the day, especially when the trucks are moving nearby. We usually open up early to beat the heat and get everything displayed out front. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. Some days are slow and we just sit by the entrance watching people go by. Other days, like during wedding season, it gets quite hectic and we can barely keep up with the demand for gift wrapping. The shop isn’t very modern, it has that old market feel with things stacked high. We know our neighbors well and often share a cup of tea in the afternoon. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different faces behind the counter depending on the time of day. We don't spend much on decorations for the store itself; we just focus on having the stuff people ask for. It is a basic place but it serves the people of Shahpura well enough. We’ve been at this spot for years and plan to stay here as long as we can.
