Systema India is located over at Plot No.132 in Sachivalaya Vihar, which is part of the Kalyanpura area in Mansarovar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the city center. We’ve been operating from this plot for a good while now. The space is used for our daily operations, which involve a lot of coordination and technical work. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge lobby. Instead, we have desks, some equipment, and people who know their way around the systems we handle. Living and working in Mansarovar has its own pace. We usually get in early to beat the traffic coming through Kalyanpura. The office is functional and does what we need it to do. We don't spend money on expensive decorations because we'd rather focus on the actual work. It’s a practical environment. Most of our day is spent on computers or talking to people about their requirements. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their role. There’s no micromanagement, just people doing their jobs. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the road and talk about the day's tasks. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We like the stability of being in Sachivalaya Vihar. It feels like home to us. Just a regular bunch of people trying to provide what our customers need without any extra fuss or corporate talk. It is a simple place where work gets done eventually.
