Our small team works out of Okay Plus Spaces in the Malviya Nagar Industrial Area. We have a few rooms, 325 to 327, which gives us just enough space to breathe. It’s an industrial part of town, so it feels very productive around here. There are a lot of other businesses nearby, mostly workshops and small factories. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it’s supposed to do. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks we bought a while ago and a small area for making tea. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. There are wires all over the floor, and we have a white board that’s mostly covered in scribbles that only we understand. We don’t have fancy titles or a dress code. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in jeans, arguing about a technical problem. It’s a good environment for getting things done. The building itself is okay, though the elevators can be slow sometimes. We chose this spot because it’s central and easy for everyone to get to. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep our clients happy without making a big deal out of it. It’s a regular office for regular people who happen to know a lot about technology and how it all fits together.
