Surya Sons

Surya Sons is located in the RIICO Industrial Area in Mansarovar. Our plot is H 1-25. It’s pretty easy to find because we are very close to the HP Gas Storage Center. You can see their big storage tanks from our roof. Being in an industrial area means it’s always loud and there’s a lot of smoke and dust in the air. It’s not the prettiest place to work, but it’s where the actual work happens. We have a large shed where we store everything we deal with. The office is just a small cabin built into the corner of the shed. It’s quite small and usually has a thin layer of dust on everything. My sons and I run the place together. We’ve been here since the industrial area was mostly empty land. Now it’s crowded with all sorts of factories and workshops. We spend our days coordinating deliveries and checking the inventory. The metal roof makes it very loud when it rains, and it gets quite hot in the summer. We have a couple of old coolers that barely do the job. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just handle the orders as they come in. It’s hard work and the hours are often long, but we’re used to it. The tea man comes around at four, and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs without much fuss.
