Shoppers Paradise

Shoppers Paradise is situated at F 40 on Jamnalal Bajaj Marg in the C Scheme area. It’s a pretty central location, which means we get a lot of people walking by throughout the day. The building is an older one, but it suits us just fine. We have shelves lined with all sorts of items, and we’re constantly rearranging things to make it easier for people to see what we have. Working in C Scheme is nice because there are plenty of other shops and cafes around. It feels like a real part of the city. We open up early and stay until the evening. Most of our time is spent helping customers or unpacking new stock that arrives in boxes that seem to take up all the floor space. It’s not a huge place, so it can feel a bit cramped when it’s busy. We try to keep a casual atmosphere. There’s no dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for being on our feet all day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve learned to ignore it. The street outside, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, is always full of life. We enjoy being part of the daily bustle. It’s a simple shop, and we just try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. We’ve been here long enough that many of the faces we see are people we recognize from around the neighborhood.
