We are based at B-100 in Vinobha Bhave Nagar, which is part of the Vaishali Nagar area here in Jaipur. This isn't a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It’s just our workspace where we handle all the networking stuff. We spend a lot of our time dealing with routers, bunches of yellow and blue cables, and fixing connection issues for people nearby. The office usually has bits of hardware lying around on the benches because there is always something being looked at or repaired. It gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We are just a small team of people who understand how these systems work. Usually, our phones are ringing with someone asking why their internet is slow or if we can come over to set up a new router. We do a lot of walking and driving around the Vaishali Nagar neighborhood to get to different sites. It’s practical work. Sometimes we are up on a ladder, and other times we are just sitting at a screen trying to figure out a configuration error. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us with a screwdriver in hand or in the middle of a phone call. We just try to get things working again as quickly as we can manage. It is just a small local operation where we deal with tech issues every day.
