You can find us at Plot No. 178/378 in Sector - 16 of Pratap Nagar. We’re part of the Housing Board area, which is a pretty busy part of town. This is an enterprise we started without much fuss. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture or a big lobby. It’s mostly desks and files and the equipment we need for our daily work. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes because we’re busy, but we know where everything is. The people around here are mostly working families, so it feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lot of rules. We just show up and do what needs to be done for our customers. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a lot of paperwork to get through. We don’t really use a lot of marketing talk. We’d rather just let the work speak for itself. If something goes wrong, we fix it. It’s as simple as that. The building is just one of many in the sector, but we’ve made it our home for the business. We like being in Pratap Nagar because it’s easy for people to reach us. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to keep the lights on and keep working. The Housing Board area is pretty crowded, so parking can be tough.
