We are based out of K-14 in the Indraprastha Industrial Area, which everyone around here just calls IPIA. Being in Kota, especially in an industrial zone, means there is always something going on nearby. You hear the sounds of trucks and machines throughout the day. Our building is a simple structure that fits right in with the rest of the area. It’s not meant to be pretty; it’s meant to be functional. Inside Sqube Innovation Private Limited, we have our workspace set up to handle whatever tasks we have for the week. It gets pretty hot in Kota, so our cooling fans are almost always running. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone visits, they usually just walk right into the main room where we are all sitting. There are cables running along the floor and stacks of boxes in the corner. It feels like a place where things actually get built or solved. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just care about the work that leaves this office. The industrial area is a practical place to be. There are shops nearby where we can get parts or a quick meal. Most of us have been working here for a while and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s a straightforward environment for people who just want to get things done without any of the extra corporate nonsense.
