Spice It

Spice It is located inside the IBIS Hotel over on Ajmer Road. We are right in the Civil Lines area of Jaipur, near Bombay Walon Ka Bagh. It's a pretty central spot if you're traveling through or living nearby in the 302006 zip code. Being in a hotel means we see a lot of different people coming and going. We mostly just keep busy in the kitchen. Ajmer Road gets a lot of traffic, so it’s a convenient place for a stop. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s just a dining area where we serve what we’ve got on the menu for the day. Civil Lines is a nice part of town, quite busy during the day. We’ve been here at the IBIS for a bit now. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded, but the restaurant area usually has a table. We don’t have a big team, just enough of us to keep things moving. It’s straightforward work. If you are around Bombay Walon Ka Bagh, you’ll see the hotel building easily enough. We focus on getting the orders out and making sure the tables are wiped down. It's just a regular spot to grab a bite. Nothing fancy, just us doing our jobs every day on Ajmer Road. We like it here in Jaipur. It's a busy life but it is okay for us to keep working this way.
