Our office is located at E-453 in the Lal Kothi Scheme. It’s right near Sanjay Public School, so there are always kids and parents around during the day. Inside, it’s mostly computers, tangled cables, and the sound of cooling fans. We do a lot of different things here, mostly fixing software or helping people with their IT problems. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. We have old desks and mismatched chairs. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all have to wait around. We spend a lot of hours staring at screens and trying to find where a bug is hiding. Sphene Technology started small and stayed that way because we like it. The neighborhood is good, and being near the school makes it easy for people to find us. We often walk over to the local stalls for lunch. There are stacks of old hardware in the corner that we might use for parts one day. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon when talking to people who come in. We just try to explain what’s wrong with their machine in plain English. Most of our day is just troubleshooting and drinking coffee. It’s a quiet place to work on Lal Kothi Scheme. We keep our heads down and just focus on the code and the computers.
