Our office is in the VKI Area, specifically at S-9A, Ganesh Nagar Road No. 14. Being in an industrial area like VKI means it’s always busy around here. There are trucks moving and people working all the time. Spectrumx Private Limited is tucked away in this spot. It’s a practical location for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office layout. It’s mostly just functional space with what we need to get through the daily tasks. We deal with various technical services and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic. The dust from the road is a constant battle for our keyboards. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. Lunch is usually a quick affair because there is always something that needs to be finished. We have a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't do those long corporate retreats or team-building exercises. Our team building happens when we are all trying to fix a major bug at four in the afternoon on a Friday. It’s a gritty, real-world kind of place. For us, it’s more about getting the job done than looking professional in a suit. If you visit, don't expect a lounge; you'll likely just get a plastic chair and a cup of tea while we finish what we’re doing. We have been in this area for a while now and we know the neighbors. It's noisy, it's busy, but it is home for our business.
