We’ve been at Sunder Market on Sawai Ram Singh Road for quite a while now. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it gets around shop 21. Softworld India Pvt Ltd isn’t a fancy place with glass walls and carpets. It’s just us working every day, trying to keep up with everything that comes through the door. Usually, the morning starts with opening the shutters and checking what needs to be sorted from the day before. The street outside is always noisy with traffic, but inside we just focus on the screens and the hardware. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet gets slow, which is just part of life here. We aren’t trying to change the world, just doing the work that comes our way. People from around the neighborhood drop by mostly because they know where to find us. It’s a small team, maybe three or four of us depending on the day. We drink a lot of tea from the stall nearby while we figure out software issues or talk to people about what they need. There’s no big corporate vibe here. Most of the furniture is old, and there are stacks of boxes in the corners. We like it that way because it feels real. It’s just a regular office in a busy market where we show up, do the job, and go home when the sun goes down.
