Rain Flow Engineering Pvt. Ltd. operates out of H-325 in Phase-1 of the Sitapura Industrial Area. It is one of the older sections of the area, and our building shows its age a little, but it works for us. We have a solid group of guys who have been with us since the start. The work we do is practical and often quite messy. Our workshop is filled with the usual stuff—toolboxes, scrap metal, and benches that have been beaten up over the years. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Usually, people find us by the sound of the metalwork or by asking the tea stall owner at the corner. The summers here are tough because the tin roof picks up all the heat, so we keep the big shutters open to get a breeze. It is not always organized; sometimes we spend ten minutes looking for a specific wrench that someone walked off with. But we get the jobs done eventually. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We just take the raw materials and turn them into whatever the customer needs. Some days the delivery trucks are late or the power flickers, but we just work around it. It is just a normal shop where people work hard and go home tired. We don't think much about marketing because we are usually too busy finishing the orders.
