Garmef

Garmef is situated in the Sitapura Industrial Area, specifically at G-1, No. 162 in the Epip Garment Zone. It is a big industrial patch off Tonk Road, so there are always trucks and workers moving about. Our part of the building is where all the actual work happens. We do not have a fancy showroom or a lobby with a receptionist waiting. When you walk in, you will probably hear the sound of sewing machines and see people moving stacks of fabric around. We have been in this spot for a few years now. The heat in the summer can be pretty tough in these industrial buildings, but we have fans going and we just get on with it. We are not into big speeches or fancy branding. We just focus on the orders we have on the table right now. Sometimes we have to stay late to meet a deadline, and sometimes things go smoother than expected. It is an honest living for us. We work with a lot of different materials depending on what is needed at the time. Most of our neighbors in the Epip zone are doing similar things, so there is a lot of shared energy in the air. We keep our heads down and try to do the best we can with the tools we have got. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we need to get through the week.
