We are right near the Krishan Kripa Apartment, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us for the first time. Subhash Nagar is a nice part of Jaipur to work in every day. Our place is a bit of a mix, with hospitality training areas and regular classrooms. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes to keep everything moving, but we manage to stay on top of it. We have some kitchen equipment for the hospitality side and simple desks for the education side. The building is spacious enough for what we need to do. We spend our days teaching or planning the next set of sessions for the students. It’s often quite busy with people moving between the different rooms. We don’t have a big corporate manual or anything fancy. We just figure things out as we go and try to stay as organized as possible. The staff is all local, and we all know the neighborhood pretty well. You might hear us laughing in the break room or arguing about where to order lunch from. It’s a real workplace with real people.
