Shwetras Dairy Farm Llp

Our farm is located at Kno. 97/1, 95/5, and 94/1 in Neendar, which is in the Amer area of Jaipur. Shwetras Dairy Farm Llp is basically a place where we spend all our time with the cattle. It’s a bit outside the main city, near the hills of Amber, so it’s a little quieter here, which is good for the cows. We start really early, usually before the sun comes up, to get the milking done. It’s a lot of hard work and there aren't really any days off when you have animals to look after. They need to be fed and cleaned no matter what. We aren't a big industrial operation. It is more of a hands-on thing. The ground is often muddy and there is always the smell of hay and manure around, but you stop noticing it after five minutes. We handle the milk and make sure it’s ready for whoever needs it. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a pump or a cooler. That’s just part of the life. We don't have a fancy office or anything. Most of our business happens right in the yard or near the sheds. It’s a simple way to live, even if it’s exhausting sometimes. We just keep going, day after day, making sure the farm stays running and the animals are okay.
