Kailashadhipati Pashupalan Privatelimited is located at A-11 in Saraswati Colony, which is right on Goner Road. We deal with pashupalan, or animal husbandry, which is a big part of life in this area. Our office is more like a base of operations where we handle the logistics and the accounts. The actual work happens out with the animals, of course. It is a lot of responsibility to look after livestock. You have to be aware of their health, their feed, and the general conditions they are living in. We spend a lot of time traveling between the colony and the places where the animals are kept. Goner Road is often busy with trucks and tractors, so we are used to the noise and the dust. Our setup in Saraswati Colony is simple—just enough room for a desk, some chairs, and all the registers we have to maintain for the government records. We don't use any fancy software or anything like that; we mostly stick to pen and paper for the daily logs. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even though we are a private limited company. Everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cleaning up the office or going out to check on a sick cow. We don’t do any big advertising. People know who we are through the local network, and that seems to work just fine for us.
