Shri Vinayak Gift Craft

Our place is located at 5 Sector 10 in Malviya Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main market areas, which is nice. We mostly focus on gift items and some craft things that people like for their homes. I started this because I liked seeing the different kinds of things you could find in the wholesale markets and bringing them here for the local folks. We’ve got a lot of shelves filled with decorative items, some made of brass, some wood, and a lot of plastic stuff too. The shop is usually just me or my brother hanging around, waiting for customers to drop by. Sometimes we have a lot of people during the wedding season, and other times it’s just quiet for a few days. We try to keep the stock fresh, but sometimes things sit on the shelf for a while until the right person sees them. The floor is just plain tiles and we have some old wooden counters that have been here since we opened. We don’t really do any big promotions or anything like that, people just find us because they live nearby or their friends told them about the shop. It’s a decent way to spend the day, even if it gets a bit boring when there aren't many shoppers. We just keep things moving, cleaning the glass cases and checking what needs to be reordered from the suppliers every other week.
