We are tucked away in Shop 76 and 77 in Subhash Nagar. It is right near the petrol pump, which is actually pretty convenient if you need to fill up your vehicle after a session. Our clinic handles both physiotherapy and occupational therapy. It is a small space, but we try to use every inch of it for the equipment. We have some exercise balls, some hand weights, and tables for people to work on their movements. It is usually a bit noisy because of the sounds from the petrol pump next door and the people talking on the street. We have been in Subhash Nagar for a while now. Most of the people who come here are our neighbors or live just a few blocks away. We help them get moving again after they have hurt themselves or had some kind of surgery. It takes a whole lot of patience from everyone involved. You see people on their bad days, when they are feeling frustrated, and then you see them get a bit better over the weeks. It is rewarding in a very quiet way. We do not have a big reception desk or a shiny lobby. It is just a shop front that we have turned into a working clinic. The staff is just a few of us who know how to work the machines and do the exercises. We keep it very simple.
