You’ll find Dr Jyoti'S Physiotherapy Clinic over at G 8 in the Tulip Enclave building. We are right on the Central Spine Road in Vidhyadhar Nagar. It’s a decent spot, easy for people to get to from different parts of the neighborhood. The clinic is on the ground floor, which is good because a lot of our patients have trouble with stairs or walking due to their injuries. We have some basic equipment and mats set up for the exercises. It’s not a fancy gym, just a place to get your physical therapy done. Most of the people who come here are dealing with back pain or recovering from some kind of surgery. We see a lot of older folks from around Vidhyadhar Nagar and some younger ones who hurt themselves playing sports. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We talk a lot while doing the stretches and movements. Tulip Enclave is a well-known building, so most people find us without much trouble. We keep the schedule pretty tight so nobody is waiting too long. It’s just a small, local clinic where the focus is on getting people moving again. Dr Jyoti is usually here throughout the day working with whoever is on the schedule. It’s straightforward work and we like being part of the local community here on Central Spine Road. We've been in this exact unit for years now and it suits us.
