Raj Clinic And Physiotherapy is situated over in Vivek Vihar, specifically at A6 on Gandhi Path West in Vaishali Nagar. This part of Jaipur has grown a lot lately, and there are always new houses going up. Our place is a bit of a mix because we do regular clinic visits but also have a section for physiotherapy. We have a few treatment tables and some simple gear like bands and small weights for people to use. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it mopped because people are always walking in from the dusty street. The address is a bit long to write out, but most locals just know it as the spot on the west side of Gandhi Path. We have a couple of ceiling fans that stay on all day to keep the air moving. It’s not a huge space, so when we have a few people doing their exercises, it feels quite full. We have a small desk near the front where we keep track of who is coming in. It’s mostly people from the local colonies who have back pain or are recovering from something. We spend a lot of time showing people how to stretch or move properly. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet from morning until the lights go off at night. We’ve got some old curtains to give people a bit of privacy during their physiotherapy sessions.
