You can find us at 124/278 in Mansarovar, right near the Agarwal Farm area. It is a decent-sized spot where we handle cars and their wheels. We have the machines for balancing and alignment, and we spend most of our day covered in a bit of grease and road dust. It’s a loud place with the sound of air compressors and tools going off all the time. Sometimes we have three or four cars lined up, and it gets a bit hectic trying to manage everyone’s expectations. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a few plastic chairs in the corner where you can sit and watch the work. The pavement outside gets pretty hot in the summer, which makes working on the tires even more tiring. We usually have some tea around four o'clock to keep us going. We’ve been here in Mansarovar for a while, and a lot of the local taxi drivers and families come to us because they know where we are. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just look at the tires, see what's wrong, and try to fix it. If the machines are acting up, it slows us down, but we eventually get through the day’s list. It’s just us doing the work as best as we can. We try to be honest about how long a job will take so nobody is waiting too long.
