Our office is situated at House No 04 in Khanna Colony. We are just outside the Nahru Gate in Beawar, Rajasthan. This is a very old and established part of the town. You can feel the history of the place when you walk through the gate. Our building is a simple one, right in the middle of the colony. It is mostly a residential area, so it feels a bit more like a home than an office sometimes. We handle the local side of the cement business from here. There is usually a bit of a breeze if the doors are open, but mostly we just stay inside and work on the computers. The streets are a bit narrow, so parking can be a bit of a hassle if you are not careful. We have our regulars who drop by for chats or to check on their orders. It is a very relaxed environment, nothing like those high-pressure offices in the big cities. We know most of the people around here. The Nahru Gate is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. We just go about our business day by day, making sure all the files are in the right place and the numbers match up. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing papers.
