You can find our shop at Jhotwara on Niwaru Road, specifically at number 10. This part of town is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with various supplies, and our shelves are usually packed tight with whatever we’ve managed to stock up on this week. It is a simple setup with a counter in the front and storage in the back. Often, we are moving boxes around to find that one specific item someone asked for. We don’t have fancy displays or bright lights. It’s more of a place where you walk in, tell us what you’re looking for, and we see if we have it in the back. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the narrow road for a few minutes, and we have to hurry to unload. The staff here consists of just a few of us who have been in the neighborhood for a long time. We know most of the regular faces who pass by our door. During the monsoon, we have to keep a close eye on the doorstep so the water doesn't come in, but otherwise, it is a quiet routine. We handle the inventory ourselves and try to keep things as tidy as a busy shop allows. It is practical work, and we don't spend much time worrying about how the storefront looks as long as the stock is good and the customers get what they need.
