Shree Balaji Gift Center

Our shop is right in the Triveni Complex, right across from the Sahara India building on Khatipura Road. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to spot. We have been here for some time now, mostly selling stuff for birthdays, anniversaries, and all the local festivals. The shop isn't massive, but we make sure to use every inch of the wall space for clocks, statues, and those big stuffed bears that take up too much room. Khatipura Road stays busy all day, so we get a lot of walk-ins. Some people come in just to browse while they wait for someone else in the complex. I spend a lot of time dusting because the road outside brings in a lot of dirt. It’s just part of the job. We carry a lot of local items, nothing too expensive or high-end, just things that regular families would want to give each other. Sometimes the supply of certain items runs low and we have to wait for the truck from the main market, but usually, we have enough. It’s a family-run sort of thing, so you might see different people behind the desk depending on the time of day. We don’t have a big corporate setup, just a simple counter and some shelves. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We just keep the doors open and wait for whoever comes in looking for a gift.
