Shivam Computers

You can find Shivam Computers at Shop No 2 in Ganesh Vihar, right on Mukundpura Road in Bhankrota. We are very close to RIT Engineering College, which means we see a lot of students coming through our doors every single day. Most of them have laptops that have stopped working or screens that got cracked in their bags. It’s a small shop, and sometimes it feels like computers are stacked up to the ceiling when we have a lot of repairs waiting. The dust from the road can be a bit of a problem, so we are always wiping down the counters and the machines. We have been here in Bhankrota for a while, and people in the area know us as the place to go when their tech starts acting up. We don't use any fancy diagnostic machines; mostly it's just us opening things up and seeing what’s wrong based on what we’ve learned over the years. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought because we have to wait for a specific part to arrive from the city. We try to tell people the truth about how long it will take, even if they are in a hurry. It’s a busy life, and the hours can be long, but being near the college keeps things interesting. There is always someone new walking in with a strange problem to solve. We like being a part of the Ganesh Vihar neighborhood.
