Shiv Shakti Laptop

We are set up in the B-2 Jeevan Vihar Complex, right at the Panch Batti Crossing on M.I. Road. This is one of the busiest intersections in the city so there is always something happening outside. Our shop is focused on laptops and all the problems they come with. We have workbenches covered in tiny screws and half-open computers. It’s a bit of a maze inside with boxes of screens and keyboards everywhere. People bring in their machines when they spill tea on them or when they won't charge anymore. We spend a lot of time squinting at small parts under a magnifying glass. It’s a lot of patience and steady hands. The complex itself is quite old and we have been here for a good while now. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just a place where we do repairs and maybe sell some used parts when we have them. The noise from the crossing is constant but you stop hearing it after an hour or so. We drink coffee to stay sharp while we are working on delicate electronics. Sometimes a repair is easy and sometimes it takes all day to figure out what is wrong. We don't make any big promises or claims about what we can do. We just take the laptop and see what we can do to fix it. That is the whole story of our daily life here.
