Our office is right on Tonk Road, in Divya Mall. It’s pretty easy to spot because we’re directly opposite the Lalkothi petrol pump. Being on the ground floor is convenient for people dropping off computers or asking about services. Sharda Systems has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen Divya Mall change over time. It’s a decent place to work, even if the mall isn’t as crowded as it used to be. Inside our space, it’s mostly desks and a lot of hardware. We do a mix of things, from fixing broken machines to helping businesses with their setups. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We have piles of spare parts and old monitors sitting around. The team is just a few of us who have been working together for years. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location. Someone’s laptop won't start, or a printer is acting up, and they bring it over. We don't have a big marketing department. We just do the work and hope people are happy enough to tell their friends. Tonk Road is always noisy with traffic, and sometimes the parking out front is a nightmare. But we like being central. It makes it easier to get out to our clients when they have an emergency. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in. It’s a steady life for us in Jaipur.
