We started Schritte Foundation here in Bhiwadi, right near the Alwar Bypass Road at Avalon Residency. It’s mostly just us trying to help people get some real skills. Living in an industrial area like this, you see how much people need actual technical training that works. The office is in B1/603. It isn't a huge fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We focus on vocational stuff because that's what gets people jobs around here. Sometimes the traffic on the bypass is a mess, but we're here every day. People come in asking about different courses and we try to explain what might fit them. We’ve been at it for a bit now. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the tech changes, but we manage. Most of the folks who come to us are just looking for a way to improve their situation. We talk to them like regular people, no fancy talk. It’s just how we do things. Sometimes the air in Bhiwadi gets a bit dusty with all the construction, but life goes on. If you're looking for us, we're in the residency building. It's easy to find if you know the area. We just want to keep things simple and help the local crowd learn a few things that actually matter for their work life. That's pretty much who we are and why we stay here.
