Satyam Digital Care

You can find us on Data Ramgarh Road, right near Road 44 and Sikar Road. It’s a bit of a dusty spot but it gets a lot of traffic. Satyam Digital Care has been operating out of this small unit for a while. We handle phones and digital gadgets mostly. It’s not a very big shop. We have a counter in the front and a small workbench in the back where all the actual work happens. The light isn't great back there, but we have some desk lamps that do the trick. We see a lot of people coming in with cracked screens or phones that fell in water. It is a common problem around here. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, so we have a shelf full of items waiting for their owners to come back. We don't have a big team. It’s just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. Sikar Road is always busy with trucks and cars, so it’s never really quiet. We drink a lot of chai during the day to keep going. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just fix the things people rely on every day. It’s a bit cluttered with boxes and old tools, but it works for us. Sometimes the shop dog from next door wanders in to say hello. It’s just part of the daily routine.
