Sandeep Kirana Store

We are located at 117/240 in the Agarwal Farm area of Mansarovar. This is a traditional kirana store, so we handle all the basic things people need for their kitchens. We have big bags of grains, containers of oil, sugar, and all those sorts of things. Our shop is tucked away inside the neighborhood, and we actually prefer it that way. Since we are not on a main highway, most of the people who come here are the ones who live on the nearby streets. We have been here for quite a while now, and you can see that the walls could use some new paint. We keep sacks of flour and rice stacked up right near the front entrance. It always smells like a mix of raw grains and laundry soap inside the shop. We do not have any fancy displays or bright lights to attract people. We just use regular light bulbs and old wooden counters. I usually spend my time near the front so I can weigh the items for customers. We still use an old manual scale for a lot of things because it feels more accurate to me. It involves a lot of lifting and moving heavy bags, which keeps us pretty tired by the end of the day. My wife comes in to help me during the evening rush. We don't use any computers for our billing, just a simple pen and paper. We know which family likes which brand of oil.
