Sachin Gift Gallery

This is Sachin Gift Gallery, located right in Azad Chowk in Kotputli. If you know the area, you know Azad Chowk is where a lot of the local action happens. I’ve been here for several years now. The shop is full of things like frames, clocks, and various gift sets that people buy for festivals or family events. It’s a modest place, nothing like the big stores you find in the city. I do most of the work myself, from opening the locks in the morning to sweeping the floor. Kotputli is a nice town, and being in the center of it means I see a lot of familiar faces. Most of the people who come in are my neighbors or people from the surrounding villages. They come to Azad Chowk for their shopping, and they stop by here when they need something special. I try to keep the shelves stocked with things that are useful and look nice. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big group comes in at once, but I manage. I don't have a fancy business plan or anything. I just try to be fair and keep the shop running smoothly. It’s a decent way to make a living and stay connected with the community. Most days are quiet, which gives me time to organize the stock and plan for the next busy season.
