Rsnr Farmer Producer Company Limited operates from a small village called Fojuwala. We don't have a big office building in a city. Instead, we work right out of Ramesh Kumar’s house. Santosh Devi, who is Ramesh's wife, helps manage things and keeps the place running. It is a very local setup, and you can usually find us there talking to the neighbors about farming stuff. Fojuwala is a quiet place where most people are busy in the fields from early morning until the sun goes down. Setting up the company here made sense because we are right in the middle of where the work happens. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going and do what needs to be done. It is a family-oriented atmosphere because it's literally a home. We have chairs set up for when people visit to discuss their produce or the company business. It is not like a regular business where people wear suits. We are usually in our everyday clothes, probably with some mud on our boots if we just came from the farm. Ramesh Kumar and Santosh Devi are well-known in the village, so people feel comfortable stopping by to chat. We are just trying to help the local farmers get organized without all the complicated stuff you see in big cities. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time.
