If you’re walking around Shastri Nagar and get a craving for something sweet, you probably know Mamta Sweets. We are right near there. Royals Infotech is just a small place where we handle computer stuff. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and we’ve become the go-to for many of the local families and small shops. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s filled with old monitors, some new laptops, and a lot of spare parts. We do a bit of everything—fixing broken screens, getting rid of viruses, or helping people set up new software. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we keep going. People know they can just drop by and ask a question without getting a sales pitch. We’re just local people trying to make a living by being useful. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep the gear clean. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We might be listening to the radio or just chatting while we work on a motherboard. We don’t use fancy titles or wear uniforms. If you need something tech-related and you’re in Shastri Nagar, you’ll likely find us here near the sweet shop, just doing our thing day by day. We stay open a little later on Saturdays because that’s when most people have time to bring their computers in for a checkup. It’s a busy but good life.
