The office is located in a building that looks like a residence, so it feels quite cozy compared to a big office block. We have a few rooms set up with desks and our computers. It’s not a big corporate park with security guards. We like it that way because it is much quieter for focusing on work. We spend our days writing code and testing things out to see if they work. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a rattling noise, but we have all grown used to it over the months. We have a tiny kitchen area where we make our own coffee and tea. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know all of each other's little habits. We don’t have any kind of strict dress code here. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts for everyone. We don't feel the need to put on a show for anyone who walks in. We just focus on the software projects that are currently on our plates. There’s a small garden area outside where we sometimes sit for a few minutes if we get stuck on a difficult bit of logic. It really helps to clear the head. The neighbors are nice people and it is a good little community to be part of.
