Redtray Interactie Solutions

Redtray Interactie Solutions is found at 2/254, Jawahar Nagar, in the city of Jaipur. Our office is basically a house that we use for work, which is quite common around here. It has a very local feel to it. You won't find any marble floors or glass elevators here. We just have a few rooms filled with computers and chairs. Jaipur is a beautiful city, but it gets very hot, so we spend most of our day tucked away inside with the coolers going. The neighborhood of Jawahar Nagar is quite busy, so there is always some noise from the street, but we’ve grown used to it over time. We work on interactive solutions, which keeps us busy from morning until evening. The team is small, and we mostly just get along and do our own thing. We don't have a human resources department or any of those corporate things. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it and fix it. Sometimes we order food from the local place down the street and eat together at the main table. If you walk in, you will likely just see us sitting at our desks working on whatever the current project is. It’s a very simple way of running things, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our work well and keep our clients happy without making things complicated.
