Our place is at Plot No. 191 in Lionce Line, which is over in the Khatipura area. It's a regular neighborhood with houses and small shops all around. We use a couple of rooms for our IT work. It’s nothing fancy, just some desks and a lot of power strips. We spend our days working on various technical projects. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. Most of us wear flip-flops to work when it's hot. We don't have a front desk person. If the door is open, you can just walk in and talk to whoever isn't wearing headphones. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us as the guys who work on computers. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with kids playing or cars passing, but it’s a nice atmosphere. We just focus on getting our tasks done. If a project is hard, we stay late; if it’s a slow day, we might leave a bit early. There isn't a strict rulebook. We just try to be honest with the people who hire us and do the best work we can given the tools we have. It’s a small, practical operation. We don't have big dreams of moving to a skyscraper. We like it here in Khatipura just fine. It's a decent place to work and live, and it suits our needs perfectly without having to pretend to be something we aren't.
