Ratan International

Ratan International is located at Shyam Sadan, specifically in B-25/G-3. We are right across from K K House in the Sodala area. It’s a fairly easy spot to find once you get into the neighborhood and look for the landmarks. The building is an older one, but it suits us just fine for what we do. We have a ground-floor space which makes it easier to move things in and out without needing a lift. Most of our work involves international trade and handling all the documents that go with that. The office is usually piled with folders and printouts from the day's work. It’s not a very modern place, just a simple room with some old desks and a few filing cabinets. Sodala is a busy place, and the road outside can get quite loud with all the horns and traffic passing by. We’ve been here for years, so we are used to the noise. We don’t have any flashy signs or a fancy reception desk. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting there answering the phone or sending out emails to people. We take our tea breaks at the same time every afternoon to get away from the screens. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning the floors to talking to clients. We just try to keep the business moving and the errors to a minimum. It’s a straightforward way of working for us.
