Our business, Ramprasad Ramgopal, is right in the Surajpole Anaj Mandi. The specific spot is KHa-33. If you’ve ever been to the grain market, you know how it is. It’s dusty, loud, and full of trucks. We deal with grains and stuff like that. It’s been our family's work for a long time. Every morning we get here early to see what the day brings. The mandi is a busy place with people shouting and sacks being moved around. Our space KHa-33 is filled with bags. Sometimes it’s hard to move around in there. We don't have fancy office chairs or air conditioning. We just have our ledgers and the stock. People come in to talk about prices or to check the quality of what we have. It’s hard work and the days are long. We see the farmers and the traders all day. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and we have to cover everything up fast.
