We’ve been over here at 23/134 Swarn Path in Mansarovar for a bit now. It’s just where we handle the software stuff that comes our way. Some days it is pretty quiet, just a few of us sitting at our desks figuring out code or talking to clients on the phone. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It's just a regular space where Radomind Softwares Private Limited operates from. You probably wouldn't even notice the building if you walked right past it. Usually, we are just busy with whatever project is on the screen that morning. It can get a bit messy with coffee mugs and notes lying around, but we get things finished eventually. People ask what we do exactly, and mostly it is just building programs and making sure things don't crash when someone clicks a button. We have been in the Jaipur area for a while, and this spot works out well for getting to work without too much traffic trouble. It’s a simple setup. We don't do big meetings or long presentations if we can help it. Usually, one of us just shouts across the room when a problem comes up. That's pretty much how it goes every day. We stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us. It is not always exciting, but it is what we know how to do. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage.
