Radianix Innovations Private Limited

We are based at Villa No 21 in the Krishna Kunj complex by Okay Plus, right on Sirsi Road in Jaipur. Working out of a villa is definitely different from being in a standard office block. It has more of a homey feel to it, which we actually quite like. Radianix Innovations Private Limited is the name on the door, but inside, it’s just a bunch of us trying to get things done. Sirsi Road has been changing a lot lately with new buildings going up everywhere. Our little spot in Krishna Kunj is a nice place to retreat to. We have a small garden area where we sometimes sit for five minutes to clear our heads. The office is spread across a couple of rooms. It’s not perfectly neat. There are stacks of paper here and there and some empty cups that haven't been cleared away yet. We don't try to hide that because it’s a real working environment. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation. We are a local business and we prefer to keep things personal and straightforward. If there’s a problem, we talk it out and fix it. We don't have long meetings or big corporate speeches. We just know what we need to do each morning and we try to do it as best we can before the day ends. It is a simple life here on Sirsi Road and that suits our team just fine.
