Rack Infosolution Private Limited is located on the 6th floor of Mansarovar Plaza on Madhyam Marg. Being up on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding Mansarovar area, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. The plaza itself is usually quite busy with people coming and going for all sorts of reasons. We have a modest office space there. It’s mostly just rows of computers and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't spend a lot of money on making the place look like a showroom. We’d rather just have good equipment that works. The team here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and a few newer faces. We don't have any strict rules about what people wear, as long as the work gets finished. Madhyam Marg is a central spot, so it’s easy for people to find us if they need to. We usually take turns going down to get snacks or coffee for the group. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We don't use a lot of big business terms because we think they sound a bit fake. We just talk like normal people and try to handle our business the right way. It’s just us, working away in a tall building in Mansarovar, making sure the daily tasks are handled properly before we pack up for the evening.
