R K Tools & Spares

R K Tools & Spares is a shop located right on Sansar Chandra Road. If you know the area, you know it is one of the busiest streets around. Our shop is quite small and it is packed from floor to ceiling with all kinds of tools and spare parts. We have been here for a long time, so the shelves are a bit worn out and the floor is scuffed from all the foot traffic. We don't have a big team or any fancy uniforms. It is usually just us behind the counter helping whoever walks in. People come to us when they can't find a specific part elsewhere. We have to climb up ladders sometimes to reach the old boxes at the top. It is a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where every bolt and wrench is kept. We don't do any big promotions or have a mission statement on the wall. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer. The noise from the street is always there, but it’s part of the shop's charm. We enjoy talking to the mechanics and DIY folks who stop by. It is a very basic, honest way to run a business. We just provide the tools and spares that people need for their daily work.
