R. K. Nails Industries

We are located out in the Sitapura Industrial Area, right on Plot No. J-302 off Tonk Road. R. K. Nails Industries is basically a manufacturing setup. If you walk into our place, the first thing you notice is the sound. The machines making the nails are loud and they don't stop for much. We spend our days monitoring the wire feeds and making sure the sizes are coming out right. It’s a hot and noisy environment, especially during the summer months when the metal roof heats up. We have stacks of finished nails in heavy boxes waiting to be sent out. Our location in the industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories, so there is always a lot of movement with trucks and workers. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that because we are focused on the production side of things. It’s messy work with a lot of oil and metal scraps around, but we keep things as tidy as we can. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we have a rhythm down. We just focus on making the items and getting them loaded onto the transport. It’s a straightforward industrial operation. We don’t really deal with individual walk-in customers much, it’s mostly bulk orders for construction and hardware suppliers. We just keep the machines running and the production moving every single day.
