You can find us at B-34 on Tonk Road, right in the Lal Kothi Shopping Centre. It’s a pretty busy commercial hub, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Our office isn't very large, but we manage to fit everyone in. We have several desks where we sit and talk to people about house loans and paperwork. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure all the signatures are in the right places. People come in with their dreams of buying a home, and we spend the afternoon looking through their bank statements and maps. The air conditioning is usually running, which is a relief because Tonk Road gets incredibly hot in the summer months. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and the smell of cardamom often floats through the office. The filing system is mostly digital now, but we still have plenty of physical folders stacked up. Sometimes a customer brings their kids along, and they run around the chairs while we talk. It makes the place feel a bit more alive. We don't have any flashy signs or sleek furniture, just some basic chairs and tables that get used every day. It is a practical kind of place. We just focus on getting the files processed and helping folks understand the steps they need to take for their housing goals. It is honest work and keeps us very busy.
